# Terms of Service — Bochord

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bochord mobile application ("Bochord", "the service") operated by Seyed Aryan Vahabpour ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Bochord, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

## 1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Bochord. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

## 2. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may delete your account at any time from the Privacy & Security screen in the app.

## 3. The service

Bochord is a personal-knowledge app that lets you maintain a library of books and tips, and (with a Pro subscription) generates AI-powered daily insights drawn from your own notes.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice.

## 4. Free tier and Bochord Pro

Bochord offers two tiers:

• Free tier*
• Unlimited books and unlimited manually-written tips.
• Daily "Tips of the Day" surfaced as a random selection from your own library.
• Local notifications.
• Bochord Pro*
• AI-suggested tips when adding a new book.
• AI-generated personalized daily insights.
